Vintage Red Archer Road Patrol Bicycle Mount AM Radio & Horn Radio Shack Working

Description

Archer Road Patrol AM Radio and Horn to attach to bicycle handle bars, tested and in working played with condition.
Includes instructions.
Catalog Number 12-197
There is a small melt mark in upper corner of black area.
2 screws that hold the back with the reflector in place are missing.
Requires 3 C Batteries which are not included.
When I tested the horn worked well as shown in video below. The radio came on and picked up static, I captured voices with static for a short period of time but did not get that on video.
Light surfaces scratches on the red part.
Could use a detailed cleaning.
Bracket on bottom is in good condition.
Measures approximately 5 1/4” tall x 5 1/2” wide x 4” deep
