Vintage IBEW Local 1031 Near Chicago Brown Jewelry Case Box Men's
In used, vintage condition. The fuzzy liner has some dirt/wear. The fabric with the insignia has scratches. The exterior of the case has wear and some white paint overspray on top and a couple dings on the bottom side. The hinges are in good condition. Please see the photos.
The insignia says IBEW Local 1031. Looked it up and it's a chapter located near Chicago, Illinois.
