Picture book of 1911 New York State Capitol Fire, Albany, NY
This book, published after the fire in the capitol building, measures 8" x 10", and contains 36 pages of photographs - the cover says over 50 views of the fire.  The fire was a true disaster.  Besides all the structural damage to the Capitol Building itself, the fire destroyed the entire collection of the New York State Library, which was said to be one of the finest research libraries anywhere.

and paper cover has been taped.  Inside is in super condition.  This is a wonderful piece of New York State history.

If you would like any other shipping options, you need to contact me before paying for the item.   Payment includes required ebay tracking; and unfortunately I've had to raise my recent item prices a bit to accommodate the required tracking expense.   If you wish other postal services, you need to let me know before paying for the item.   In general, I have found the post office to be excellent.  But every once in a while items seem to take the long route to a customer's home.
