Amazingly fun and stable, the Bike Tow Leash prevents tipping and tangling making biking with your dog enjoyably stress free and rewarding. The Bike Tow Leash automatically reacts to the dogs movements as you would with an extra arm mounted low on your bike. It has a shoulder, elbow and wrist resilient barrier between your dog and bike to protect and gently communicate bike direction and speed changes. The Bike Tow Leash's unique patented mast prevents the bike from tipping when the dog pulls, reduces any jolts and gently trains your dog to stay in heel position. No special training is needed and is for dogs 10 to 185 pounds. The Bike Tow Leash comes with use and instructions and mounts without tools in less than 1 minute. When choosing color, for safety, we recommend a contrast between Bike Tow Leash color and bike so people can see your dog(s) are attached to your bike. Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping to all orders shipped within the continental United States and offer international shipping for all other global addresses using ebay’s Global Shipping Program (shipping fees calculated during checkout).
Our items take 0-2 business days for processing and handling time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Items should be delivered between 0-5 business days after shipment (international shipments will vary). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. However, not all items ship from the same location. Some items may take longer depending on shipping location or shipping method. The majority of our items are shipped through USPS or UPS.
Return Policy
All returns MUST be authorized by kaspien and done through the eBay returns page. Please do not send back products without contacting kaspien as the return address is different from the shipping address.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If a product arrives as defective or damaged in transit, please contact kaspien within 10 days of shipment. Products must not be used or expired, in the same condition that you received them and with their original packaging.
Please note, if an item was sold as pre-owned or used, it is expected to be returned in the same condition that you received it in. Products should be sent back using a trackable shipping method. We will only refund the cost of the item, return shipping costs are your responsibility. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and will be applied to your PayPal account within 5 business days.
International Returns
