Blue and silver badge, approx. 2" x 2 1/2", is from a Houston, Texas convention of the "NECA-IBEW", (National Electrical Contractors Assosciation-International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). Shows soiling and surface wear.Red and silver badge, approx. 1 5/8" x 2 1/2", is from a convention of the Kansas State Association of Electrical Workers, location unknown.
