This first day cover from 1970 is in very good condition. It has a canceled stamp from Washington DC. It measures 6 1/2" x 3 5/4". It is signed by thirteen people, here are the autographs I can make out- Arthur Summerfield Postmaster, Herbert Brownell Jr Attorney General, Frederick A. Seaton Secretary Interior, William P. Rogers Attorney General, Frederick H. Mueller Secretary of Commerce, Marion B. Folson Secretary of Heath, Ezra Taft Benson Secretary of Agriculture, Neil H. McElroy Secretary of Defense, Lewis Strauss Secretary of Commerce. If you can make out the others let us know, rare cover!
